How our services work

Signing Up and creating a profile is Free for both Jobseekers and Employers. Employers need to avail any of our packages to enable them to post job vacancies and/or view our CV database.

Jobseekers

1. The facility to create a profile and upload a CV  into our database, to enable registered recruiters to search, view  the information submitted, assess whether the jobseeker may be suitable for a position, and contact the jobseeker;

2. A facility where they can search for job postings and apply for the vacancies via the website or by contacting employers who posted the job ads

3. A facility that enable the jobseeker to receive email alerts, newsletters, notice of competitions, and/or other email notifications from us.

Employers

1. Have a profile where they can add/modify their company information and upload their company logo
2. The ability to post advertisements on our website (if they have chosen to avail this service)
3. Access to our database of jobseekers via the website (if they have chosen to avail this service)
4. Any other services specified on our website from time to time.

5. Job Ads can be viewed by both site members and non members. This will allow you to reach a wider audience, get more response and have more choices in hiring the ideal crew for your vessel.

6. Jobseekers can apply to Job Vacancies via our website through the “Apply Now” button or by getting in touch with the employers directly. Employers can put in the information needed for direct application on the “Additional Info” field when posting a new Ad. Please check sample job post below:
